Langhe. The Langhe soil is rich in marine origins and the Barolo area in particular is characterized by calcareous-clayey, which gives wines with great structure and complexity. After 62 months of aging, of which 18 are in wood, Barolo can be characterized as “Riserva.”

Tasting notes
This wine has a deep garnet color. It shows the purest expression of Nebbiolo's potential for aging, presenting an ethereal and complex bouquet. The palate is full-bodied with balanced tannins and a long finish.
Food pairings
This wine is ideal with rich and savory meat dishes, white truffle from Alba, and aged cheese. Serve at 16-18°C.
