Barolo DOCG Riserva
Area of origin
Langhe. The Langhe soil is rich in marine origins and the Barolo area in particular is characterized by calcareous-clayey, which gives wines with great structure and complexity. After 62 months of aging, of which 18 are in wood, Barolo can be characterized as “Riserva.”
Calcareous silty clay
This wine has a deep garnet color. It shows the purest expression of Nebbiolo's potential for aging, presenting an ethereal and complex bouquet. The palate is full-bodied with balanced tannins and a long finish.
This wine is ideal with rich and savory meat dishes, white truffle from Alba, and aged cheese. Serve at 16-18°C.
