18 months of aging, 6 of which in wood. This wine reveals an intense red color with violet hues. The nose is characterized by elegant balsamic hints of thyme and sage, leaving a finish of vanilla, licorice and cocoa notes. The palate is impressive, intense and round, with a very persistent finish.
Red meat, roast beef, game, hard cheese. Serve at 14-16°C.
