Area of origin
Monferrato. Hilly area between Asti and Alessandria, that extends to the Ligurian Apennines. Soils are calcareous clay, mixed with tufaceous and siliceous rocks.
The wine has a pale straw color and a fruity bouquet with hints of white flowers. In the mouth it is pleasant, fresh, and balanced.
Enjoy this wine with dishes made with fish, fresh, grilled, or baked. Serve at 8-10°C.
