Tasting notes
Pale salmon pink in colour with a fine, very persistent mousse. On the nose there are delicate notes of rose petal and nutmeg, very elegant on the palate with a lovely, balanced finish.

An ideal aperitif or a perfect match for white meat or fish dishes. . Serve at 4-6°C
