It has a ruby red color with ruby reflections. The nose is very intense, with fruity notes of cherry, berries, jam and vanilla. On the palate it is dry, fresh and pleasantly soft.
Food pairings
Ideal pairing with first courses with meat sauce and second courses of red meat. Serve at 14-16°C.
