Area of origin
. The langhe soil has sedimentary and marine origin, typical of the Barbaresco area. The area also tends to consist of more limestone, producing a softer expression of Nebbiolo. Aging takes place for at least 2 years of which at least 9 months are spent in wood, giving great character and aromatic complexity.

Tasting notes
Deep garnet red color with matching highlights. The nose is rich with red fruit, licorice, spices, and vanilla. The mouth full-bodied, robust, with structured tannins.

This wine is ideal with traditional piedmont cuisine like white truffle, plin, wild boar, mushrooms, and mature cheese. Serve at 16-18°C
