This Barbera d’Asti DOCG made with Barbera grapes owes its structure, great harmony and softness, to a short period of aging in bottle. A wine of intense ruby red color, with a vinous, pronounced, dry perfume; full-bodied with a soft and an ample taste. Serve at 14 - 16 °C. Aging potential 2 - 5 years.

Red meat, assorted meats, Cardi Gobbi di Nizza ( tipical vegetable from Piedmont) with raschera fondue. Serve at 16-18°C
